What is the best glue for lash extensions

1. How humid and how warm is your room?

Paying attention to humidity is very important when using adhesives, as their performance is heavily influenced by it. A humidity level of 45-60% is recommended for the lash room.

Cyanoacrylate is the main ingredient in all lash extension glues. Several weeks can pass between application and drying of the lash glue. When moisture is present, cyanoacrylate cures. For lash extension glue to adhere, humidity acts as an 'activator'.

Lashes extension adhesive is sensitive to humidity because:

·         Your adhesive will dry faster when you apply your lashes.

·         Ensures that the extended lashes are strong and retain their length.

2.High-humidity eyelash extension glue

A high level of humidity will make the cyanoacrylate in your glue 'overly activated' and this will result in the adhesive curing and drying much faster than normal. Let's say room humidity is 60%.

The glue that dries too fast causes droplets to dry out too quickly, resulting in bad placement, bad attachment, and early loss of lashes.

The speed at which glue dries is speeded up 1-2 times in high humidity. If your humidity is high, use a glue with slower drying speed.

Low-humidity eyelash extension glue

The opposite is true if there is not enough humidity in the air. The cyanoacrylate in your glue will not cure properly if the humidity in the room is lower than 45%.

Several frustrating issues can result such as 'lash stickies', incorrect placement, and higher exposure to cyanoacrylate, which may cause an allergic reaction.

You should use a glue that dries faster if you have a low humidity level.

3.Temperature and glue for eyelash extensions

When temperatures are extremely hot or cold, they can affect glue viscosity more than humidity. Because lash adhesives are liquids, temperature affects their viscosity.

It takes longer for the lash glue to dry when the temperature drops because the viscosity gets harder. The lash glue, on the other hand, liquefies when the temperature rises, so it will dry faster than usual when it is hot. The ideal temperature for your lash room is between 22 and 26°C (70 and 80°F).

4.How fast would you like to dry?

Learning to lashing will take longer than those who have been lashing for a long time. Therefore, select an adhesive that lets you correct lash placement with ease. It is recommended that you use an adhesive that dries more slowly, like one that takes 4-6 seconds to dry.
